What is The Process Like?

Throughout the coaching journey, the coach functions as an advisor, offering direction and encouragement as the individual strives to make modifications and advance towards their targets. This process is a joint effort that frequently necessitates the establishment of Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound (SMART) goals. Additionally, it involves the application of strategies and tactics to overcome obstacles and maintain focus.
1. Establishing the coaching relationship.
This involves getting to know the client, setting the coaching goals and objectives, and establishing the ground rules for the coaching relationship.
2. Assessing the current situation.
This step involves identifying the client’s current circumstances, strengths, and areas for improvement, as well as any challenges or obstacles that may be standing in the way of achieving their goals.
3. Setting goals.
This step involves working with the client to set specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals that align with their values and priorities.
4. Developing a plan.
This step involves creating a plan of action to help the client achieve their goals, including strategies and techniques for overcoming challenges and staying on track.
5. Implementing the plan and achieving results.
This step involves working with the client to put the plan into action and track progress towards achieving their goals. The coach provides support and guidance along the way to help the client stay motivated and on track.
